Our Engine 18 Burger was designed by our local Goshen Fire Department. Our custom five steak blend burger topped with fried egg, bacon, cheddar cheese, maple aioli, lettuce and tomato on our U.S.A stamped brioche bun.

The Ellens
Starting their journey together as husband and wife in 2020. They share between them four children: Abigail, Andrew, Olivia, and Sam and their first grandchild Christian.
Lori has been a private chef and Christian singer/song writer in Ohio for many years and a lot of people know her from her tenure managing and booking at local venues . Her heart has always been geared toward supporting local first responders after many friendships were formed during her long battle with kidney failure and transplantation.
Chris worked many years for the Goshen Township Road Dept. but this is his first adventure in the culinary world... you will find him most days in the dining room serving customers.
Love and laughter fills the room when they are together and man is the food AMAZING!!!
